Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy only for damaged / defective goods / wrongly dispatched goods on a case-to-case basis provided you notify us about the defect / damage of the goods alongwith the photos, video and proof of purchase within 24 hours from the date of receipt. The return of goods will be approved on receipt of the said documents after due verification and the approval shall be notified to you. On approval, within 7 days you may return the said damaged / defective goods / wrongly dispatched goods. The approval for the return of damaged / defective goods / wrongly dispatched goods shall be at our sole discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You must take a video and a picture of the damaged goods and send it to us for proof of damage. You’ll also need to produce the receipt or proof of purchase of said goods.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and without our approval for a return will not be accepted. The customer will bear the shipping charges for the return as well as for the replacement of any product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the item of wrong dispatch so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the same. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale or items brought through gift cards/coupons/loyalty points.

Refunds

The goods which are approved for return as per the above Return Policy shall be rectified /repaired/replaced as the case may be.  In case, such rectification/repairs/replacement is not possible / commercially viable, we shall notify you and shall issue a credit note equal to the price paid by you to us (excluding any taxes, insurance, shipping, or courier charges). Such credit voucher shall be valid for six months from the date the credit is within which the customer is free to purchase any product available on our Site. Please remember it can take some time to process the issuance of a credit note.
